Mercure Perth is seeking a **dedicated and reliable Part-Time Night Porter** to join our team. This role requires **flexibility and availability across all days & nights**, as shifts may vary.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide a **welcoming and professional experience** for guests during night hours.
- Assist with **guest inquiries, luggage handling, and general security checks**.
- Support **night audit processes** and ensure smooth overnight operations.
- Conduct **regular property patrols** to ensure guest safety and hotel security.
- Assist in **setting up conference rooms and function spaces** as required.
- Handle minor **maintenance tasks** or report issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain **cleanliness and order in public areas** throughout the night.
- Assist with **early morning guest departures and transport arrangements**.
**Qualifications**
- ** Full working rights in Australia.**:
- Availability to work **overnight shifts any day of the week**.
- ** Manual driver's licence** required.
- Strong **customer service skills** with a proactive and professional approach.
- Ability to work **independently and handle overnight responsibilities**.
- Basic knowledge of **hotel operations** and a willingness to assist across departments.
