What You'll Do
As our Marketing Executive, you'll be driving initiatives that grow our market presence and strengthen our brand. Your day-to-day will include:
* Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Managing events from concept to completion.
* Creating engaging content and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
* Partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing solutions that support business growth.
* Keeping an eye on trends, spotting opportunities, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
* Assisting with the development and delivery of annual marketing plans.
* Managing digital media platforms.
* Monitoring performance and report on ROI for continuous improvement.
* Managing project budgets, advertising collateral and creative assets.
What We're Looking For
* 4–6 years' marketing experience (professional services or agency experience a plus).
* Strong project management skills – you love a deadline and deliver with flair.
* Experience with CRM (Dynamics 365), digital marketing, and social media.
* Creative skills with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for making things happen.
