Job Type: Permanent full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities
* Play a key role in building strong partnerships with our Job Seeker Applicants (JSA) providers and supporting our wage subsidy eligible employees to achieve successful outcomes.
* Demonstrate strong administrative capability, with exceptional organisation skills and keen attention to detail.
* Communicate with warmth and professionalism, confidently interviewing candidates and addressing performance matters when required.
* Enjoy the variety of travelling to JSA sites to conduct onsite interviews.
* Manage candidate registrations and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
* Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries from candidates and clients.
* Thrive in a proactive role, confidently working autonomously and taking initiative.
Skills and Experience Required
* Bring valuable experience working with JSA organisations (highly regarded, though not essential) or proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and effective time management
* Confident phone manner and friendly attitude
* Proactive problem-solving approach
* Computer literate with relevant systems proficiency
* Hold a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
