Job Title: Site Supervisor
Monday – Friday, 10-hour days
Ongoing remediation projects across various industries
Work with a National ASX listed company
Responsibilities
1. Supervise teams on projects including commercial building upgrades, heritage work, building refurbishments, and critical infrastructure projects.
2. Assist project delivery through site supervision and team management.
3. Lead the team in maintaining productive and safe work behaviors.
4. Set up sites and oversee project completions.
5. Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks, including capturing work hours.
6. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule.
7. Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements.
