Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
