Job Title: CAMHS Clinician - Community, Grade 2 Location: Regional Victoria Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time We're looking for an experienced CAMHS Clinician for a permanent opportunity in Regional Victoria. You'll play a key role in providing psychiatric assessments, treatment, therapy, and support for children, adolescents, and their families in the community. Key Responsibilities: Provide case management and therapy (individual, family, and group) for children and young people with complex mental health needs. Work with clients, families, and the team to create treatment plans and conduct comprehensive assessments. Handle intake duties and maintain Individual treatment plans Collaborate with external agencies and provide consultative services as needed. Contribute to team meetings and offer guidance to junior staff and students. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help with service evaluations. Essential Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with post-graduate qualifications in Mental Health (or working towards them). At least two years of experience in mental health, ideally working with children and adolescents. Experience in a community health setting would be an advantage Knowledge of mental health legislation Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. A positive, customer-focused approach and a passion for continuous improvement. Is this the right role for you?
