You'll be reporting to an inspiring Manager who is passionate about team development and operational excellence.
A day will look like:
* Mixing automotive and industrial paint to meet customer specifications
* Picking, packing, and delivering orders with accuracy and care
* Booking freight and receiving stock efficiently
* Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
* Supporting sales and customer service teams with product availability and logistics
* Assisting customers via phone and email with professionalism and product knowledge
* Processing sales and updating systems to ensure smooth transactions
* Supporting the Store Manager and stepping up when required
To be successful, you'll need to demonstrate:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Tech-savviness and confidence using computers
* Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Experience in the automotive or industrial paint industry
* A current driver's licence
* A forklift licence is preferred - but training can be provided for the right candidate!
