The Role:
As our HR/Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and supporting our talented workforce. You'll be the face of our company to potential candidates and a trusted resource for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
* Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance.
* Onboarding and Training: Create and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and prepared.
* HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
* Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice through various channels.
* Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in HR and/or recruitment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of Disability industry and associated Award.
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and employees.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* A genuine passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive workplace.
