This position will primarily be based on Hamilton Island with paid ferry transfer to and from Shute Harbour.Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Focus on customer service by delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistent service, ensuring high performance and professional presentationManage the movement of luggage and freightMaintain accurate inventory through purchase, ordering and receiving and counting of freightAssist the vessel crew in loading and unloading of freight, luggage and guestsMaintain clear communication with fleet and Port of Airlie (POA) radioEnsure guest safety and satisfactionMaintaining housekeeping and cleanliness in assigned work area; all activities performed to a timely schedule.Adherence to operational procedures and Work, Health and Safety (WHS) requirementsPerform any other tasks or duties as requiredAssist reservations team with enquiries and check ins, including issuing tickets through CustomLinc (computer based)About YouThe ideal candidate will be passionate and proud of the service that they deliver and be willing to go above and beyond for our guests.
You will be a team player with a demonstrated positive "can-do" attitude, have previous experience in a similar role and ability to deliver professional service.
