Key Systems Leadership Role
A seasoned IT leader is required to oversee the delivery, development and support of key systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of up to five members and oversee a portfolio of systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
* Deliver technology solutions ensuring seamless system operations, managing vendor relationships and providing proactive technical leadership to support business objectives.
* Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and optimise solutions to enhance operational efficiency in a timely manner.
* Support security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
* Work closely with other teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality, integration and efficiency.
* Lead the delivery of technology projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years of experience in technology delivery or IT leadership roles.
* Strong experience with Salesforce, AWS, Google Suite or similar enterprise software solutions.
* Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a proven ability to deliver results-driven solutions.
