Job Summary
We are seeking a high attention-to-detail, motivated Administration and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.
A maternity cover role with the opportunity to grow with our business and the potential to evolve into greater prospects.
Responsibilities
Inventory management – forecasting and insight into stock turns
Logistics and delivery coordination – managing a seamless process
Sales order management – stock procurement, allocation, and transactional details
Pricing and stock updates – monitoring and maintaining information to ensure accuracy, profitability, and operational efficiency
Accounts monitoring and processing – transactional details and invoicing
Analyse and interpret data and understand how procurement efficiency impacts financial performance

Experience
Providing high-level logistics coordination and seamless customer delivery experiences
Extensive experience in procurement and inventory management within a fast-paced manufacturing or wholesale environment, including inventory forecasting and stock turns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, understand how procurement efficiency impacts financial performance, and make strategic, insight-driven recommendations
A data-driven mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel
Proven ability to deliver accurate, detailed reporting and transform data into meaningful insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency
