Key Responsibilities
* Deliver HR advice to managers and employees

* Assist with Employee & Industrial Relations matters
* Coordinate HR administration and reporting
* Act as a change agent for cultural initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
* 2–5 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of Modern Awards and workplace legislation
* Experience with HR systems and reporting
