We are seeking a part time (20hrs a week) Client Services Digital Coordinator to join our CS (Client Services) team in Sydney T Galleria, based at The Rocks.

Together with the Client Services & Marketing Team, you will prepare and create content for online posting to drive customers into the store and servicing of customer needs.
**Key Requirements**:
Fluency in English and Mandarin (written & verbal)
1 - 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the social media/retail/customer services industry. Preferred with experience with Chinese social media
Work on the shop floor in a luxury retail environment. Requires standing throughout working shift and proactive interaction with customers, tour guides, tour conductors and travel agents
Able to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays as required by the needs of the business
