The Senior People & Culture Advisor will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to retention and offboarding. This will involve managing cyclical HR processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation and NES, and developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and legislative changes.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
* At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR advisory or business partnering capacity, preferably within education or similarly complex sectors
* In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law, ER/IR frameworks, and compliance requirements
* Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring HR professionals, with a strong focus on talent development and succession planning
* Advanced capability in award interpretation, policy development, and operational HR practices, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leaders and front-line employees
* A high level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and conduct
