Working both independently and as part of a team, you will apply your technical skills and knowledge to perform a range of standardised laboratory practices that contribute to accurate and timely diagnostic outcomes. About You You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a recognised Diploma or Advanced Diploma and a passion for contributing to laboratory operations. Hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in an approved and recognised laboratory-related qualification. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, work under limited supervision, and manage confidential information professionally. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with sound numerical and computer proficiency. Experience in laboratory settings with a solid understanding of scientific principles, safety standards, and team collaboration.
