Our Sapphire Model of Person-Centred Care ensures that everything we do is respectful, tailored, and truly focused on the needs and wellbeing of those we serve.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our Yallambee Residential Aged Care Facility in Millmerran, QLD.In this role, you will:Oversee all operational aspects of the facility to ensure residents receive the highest standard of careLead, coach, and support staff to provide person-centred care and develop their professional capabilitiesBalance people leadership with operational responsibilities to maximise funding income, meet budget requirements, and maintain compliance with aged care standardsAbout YouReporting to the Director of Residential Services and working within a supported network of Facility Managers as part of the Sapphire Leadership Team (SLT), you will bring:Previous experience as a Facility Manager (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years' experience in aged care or the health industryDemonstrated experience in managing aged care funding and subsidy claimsStrong leadership skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and retain talentProven ability to build a culture that reflects McLean Care's mission and valuesAnalytical mindset with solid problem-solving skillsCompetence in preparing and managing operational budgetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated clinical leadership experience in a regulated environmentCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseUnrestricted driver's licenceWhat's in it for You?
