* Recruit, train and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
* Manage administrative tasks, including financial management, inventory control and supply chain logistics.
* Implement efficient stock and ordering systems to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
* Present regular reports to owners/directors on key performance indicators and business development opportunities.
