Key responsibilities
Lead and inspire a national field sales team to achieve growth across Australia\'s independent retail and e-commerce channels.
Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals
Partnerships:
Oversee the management of key customers to strengthen relationships
Strategy:
Develop and execute campaigns that increase market share and profitability

Oversee forecasting, reporting, and sales cycle management

Your skills and experience
Sales leadership:
Proven background managing a national or regional sales team
Customer focus:
Experience selling to retail and e-commerce customers
Commercial acumen:
Understanding of pricing, channel management, and market positioning
Strategic mindset:
Strong grasp of sales cycles, forecasting, and portfolio management
Communication: Excellent ability to build relationships and inspire high performance.
You will stand out if you have
Industry knowledge:
A background in fishing, camping, boating, sporting goods, or outdoor adventure retail
Passion:
A genuine interest in fishing, outdoor activities, or an active lifestyle
Experience:
Previous roles in sales management or product management.
