Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR expert to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About Us:
This position is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract working full time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
* Provide coaching and advice on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
* Coordinate annual performance review processes for site-based employees
* Develop and implement current HR policies and documentation
* Conduct HR reporting and analytics
* Provide industrial relations advice that aligns with company policies and legislation
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop systems for efficient HR operations
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Australian legislative knowledge and business acumen
* Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite
* Permanent work rights in Australia
* Ability to pass a full medical test and hold a valid driver's license
