As the bridge between Corporate Information Solutions (CIS), our customers and technology partners, you’ll turn insights into action, shape future solutions and influence the strategic direction of technology across The Gordon. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, nurturing relationships and driving meaningful change across The Gordon.

About the Role

You’ll lead engagement with key stakeholders, uncover future needs and guide the development of technology initiatives from concept through to business case. With your analytical mindset and project coordination know how, you’ll help ensure CIS delivers innovative, secure and future-focused solutions. This role has a strong strategic flavor and a big focus on relationships, planning and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Building strong partnerships across the organisation to understand current practices and uncover future opportunities.
* Develop, maintain and communicate relevant documentation to support new system requests and engagement with key stakeholders.
* Developing robust Business Cases for IMT Governance Committee review, including full analysis, financial modelling and implementation planning.
* Leading project prioritisation activities and capturing insights for CIS strategies and budget planning.
* Coordinating project activity and communications to support smooth, timely and effective delivery.
* Applying analysis techniques such as SWOT to guide decision-making and identify best-practice innovation opportunities.

About You

You’re a communicator, a thinker and a relationship builder. You thrive in environments where no two days look the same. You can juggle multiple priorities, navigate complex systems and translate business language into technical outcomes. Whether you’re engaging stakeholders, shaping ideas or guiding teams, you bring clarity, confidence and collaboration into every interaction.

You’ll bring:

* Proven experience working with vendors, building productive partnerships and representing organisational priorities.
* Strong knowledge of formal change management processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to balance deadlines, detail and competing demands.
* Demonstrated experience coordinating and implementing projects with strategic thinking and stakeholder influence.
* A relevant degree in Information Technology or similar (or a combination of qualifications and substantial experience).
* Demonstrated success identifying future needs and delivering innovative systems or solutions.

Salary Range

PACCT 7 | $95,388.00 - $108,306.00 + Superannuation
