Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a respected and growing brokerage seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their specialist Professional Risks team.
You'll manage an established portfolio across Professional Indemnity, Cyber, Management Liability, D&O and other financial lines, while working closely with senior brokers and specialist teams who will support your ongoing development.

About the role
* Manage a portfolio of Professional Indemnity, Cyber, ML, D&O and financial lines clients
* Provide proactive risk advice, renewals, placement and new business support
* Work closely with general broking teams on complex risk assessments
* Prepare quotes, proposals, submissions and renewal reports
* Negotiate with insurers and underwriters to secure strong outcomes
* Build trusted relationships through exceptional service and technical expertise
* Support junior brokers in developing financial lines knowledge
* Identify opportunities to enhance clients' risk frameworks and insurance programs
About you
* Experience in PI, Cyber, ML, D&O or broader financial lines broking
* Tier 1 Broking qualification
* Strong technical knowledge and commitment to ongoing development
* Clear, confident communicator with a client‑first approach
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with specialist teams
