·Manage, mentor, and grow a vibrant and well-rounded psychology team operating under Commonwealth-funded mental health service programs, Employee Assistance Program services, NDIS, and the private sector.

Essential Criteria
- Full Psychology Registration with AHPRA.
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice.
- Current C class driver’s licence.
Desirable
- Demonstrated experience in managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
