About the Role
Belle Property is seeking an experienced and reliable Field Services team member to support our Property Management team.
This is a dynamic, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously, takes pride in property presentation, and plays an active role in supporting both property standards and leasing outcomes. You will be a key on-the-ground representative of the business, ensuring a high level of service across inspections, maintenance, and tenant enquiry management.
This role is structured Tuesday to Saturday, offering flexibility during the week and aligning with leasing activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Coordinate and manage inspection schedules across the portfolio
* Identify maintenance requirements and oversee works through to completion
* Ensure properties meet legislative and compliance requirements
* Manage lease boards, leased stickers, and coordinate professional photography
* Support leasing performance by responding to enquiries, identifying opportunities, and maintaining a database of prospective tenants
* Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Maintain accurate records across internal systems
About You
You’re organised, proactive, and confident managing your own day. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of both presentation and process in property management.
To be successful, you will have:
* Experience in property management or a similar field-based real estate role
* Agent’s Representative Certificate (Victoria) – essential
* Working knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
* Strong attention to detail and report writing skills
* Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
* A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* Experience working with well-presented residential portfolios
