Job DescriptionDuties include (but not limited to): Client Services Support: Welcome and assist clients at the reception area.Administrative Duties: Distribute mail, answer and direct phone calls and emails, and handle photocopying tasks.Facilities Management: Oversee kitchen equipment, supplies, and cleanliness, manage visitor passes, and handle purchasing tasks.Office Coordination: Ensure adequate stationery levels and coordinate office maintenance.Administrative Support: Book meeting rooms and record staff absences for payroll purposes.Event Support & Coordination: Assist with the delivery of Great Place to Work initiatives and internal events, including room setup and catering arrangements.Firm Values and Strategy: Uphold the firm's CARE values and contribute to Ashfords' strategic plan.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service.
