We are currently searching for a full-time EA/Team Manager to work within the highly successful Arabella Hooper Team, based at our newly renovated Stirling office.
This person will be responsible for driving the team’s business plan, managing diaries, booking appointments, coordinating listings and sales, and liaising with our administration team ensuring paperwork is accurate and in line with Harris Best Practice, all whilst proving exemplary customer service to every client.

What your day will look like:
* Effective and efficient project management - management and organisation of listings, sales, property marketing, liaising with trades and arranging keys, liaising with conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property their sales agent lists and sells.
* Operational management of the Hooper team
* Exceptional client service and management

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly developed attention to detail
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
* The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
* An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
