The Presales and Solutions Manager, Cloud, is responsible for driving the growth of NRI's Cloud Services practice across Australia and New Zealand. This role plays a key part in shaping deals and proactively identifying new opportunities within NRI's client base. Drawing on strong client relationships and deep expertise in Cloud technologies, the manager will lead technical conversations, helping clients navigate their Cloud journey with solutions tailored to their specific needs.

What you will be responsible for

* Lead client conversations to understand business challenges and define technology-driven solutions
* Translate business needs into actionable technology roadmaps with clear business value
* Guide architects in designing scalable, best-practice-aligned solutions across cloud and infrastructure
* Ensure solution designs support future-state architecture and delivery models
* Act as a trusted technical advisor across cloud and managed services
* Build client confidence through expert recommendations and thought leadership
* Co-create go-to-market strategies with technology partners to expand solution reach
* Align NRI offerings with partner capabilities for stronger joint value propositions
* Develop and maintain reusable pre-sales assets and frameworks
* Drive consistency and efficiency in national pre-sales practices
* Collaborate with delivery teams to improve service quality and client outcomes
* Influence service enhancements using solution performance and client feedback
* Identify cross-sell, upsell, and account growth opportunities
* Support proposal development and commercial models to enable sustainable growth

What experience we require

* 10+ years of cross-IT industry experience, including 5+ years in Cloud advisory, migration, and application transformation.
* Senior consulting experience (10+ years), ideally within top-tier firms.
* Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IT operations.
* Strong track record of exceeding sales/revenue targets and building scalable, repeatable processes.
* Proven leadership of pre-sales or solution architecture teams across national or multi-region scopes.
* Demonstrated ability to drive significant pipeline growth in large enterprise accounts.
* Skilled in developing commercially compelling solutions and business cases aligned to client value.
* In-depth understanding of market trends, risks, and emerging technologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Results-driven, with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
* Industry experience in sectors such as Government, Energy, Natural Resources, and Utilities.
* Track record of leading sales and customer engagements with full P&L and growth accountability.
* Experience collaborating with vendors and alliance partners on joint offerings and go-to-market strategies.
