About The Role
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the People & Culture function. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff queries, a champion for great employee experiences, and a trusted coordinator behind key HR activities.
The People & Culture Administrator plays a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, providing essential administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience for our teams. This role is the perfect entry point into the People & Culture function, offering hands-on experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day People & Culture administration, including documentation, correspondence, and database managementSupport end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, scheduling interviews, preparing contracts, and onboardingMaintain accurate employee records and assist with reporting and compliance requirementsProvide timely and professional responses to employee and manager enquiriesAssist with organising learning and development activities, events, and engagement initiativesSupport payroll processes through accurate data entry and cross-checking employee informationContribute to continuous improvement of P&C systems, processes, and employee experience
