About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Storeperson to join our growing Griffith team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth — potentially into sales or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and check incoming stock from suppliers
* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
* Maintain a well-organised and clean warehouse
* Deliver products to customers using company vehicles
* Assist with stocktakes, inventory management, and general store duties
* Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service throughout the day
* Support internal sales and help maintain smooth daily operations
Required Skills and Attributes
* A positive, team-first attitude
* Good communication skills
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Keen eye for detail, especially with part numbers and stock
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Car licence essential (manual preferred)
* Previous experience in a warehouse or trade environment is a bonus, but not required
