About EGL Energy
This role sits within the EGL Energy division, with the successful candidate joining the Tomlinson Energy team based in Adelaide, SA. With decades of expertise, Tomlinson Energy Services specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-performance boiler systems, including Atlas Copco boilers. The division delivers tailored energy efficiency solutions that support industries such as manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, and mining, helping client's lower costs, improve reliability, and meet stringent environmental standards.
About the Roles
We are seeking motivated and skilled tradespeople to join the Tomlinson Energy team. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in supporting the installation, maintenance, and servicing of industrial boiler systems and related energy solutions. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients while upholding the safety, compliance, and environmental values of The Environmental Group. Key Responsibilities:
* To work unsupervised in both workshop and on-site environments
* To comply with company policies and procedures.
* To promote and market Tomlinson Energy's services, products, and business solutions
* Maintain accurate documentation in line with AS/NZS ISO 9001
* To assist fellow employees in a supportive manner as an integral part of working in a team environment
* Responsible to maintain the cleanliness/tidiness in the immediate area of your work, both in the workshop and on site.
Requirements
* Electrician / Electrical Fitter (Tradesmen or 4th Year Apprentice)
* Ability to travel and be away from home for extended periods of time
* Must hold a valid Australian Driver's License
* Must hold a Construction (White) Card
* Ability to work weekends and Public Holidays as required
* Ability to work in remote locations
* Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, set priorities and work to deadlines
* Good written and verbal communication skills in the English language
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical
* Experience in the following industries is an advantage but not essential.
