Job Description
This role is designed to provide support to the national People Services team in delivering employee-related services. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping partners and staff with queries related to human resources.
The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic and analytical mindset, with a keen interest in building their knowledge and skills in HR. They will also need to leverage technology and systems within the organization to assist in the delivery of key employment life cycle programs.
The following are some of the key responsibilities associated with this role:
* Supports the national P&P team on all aspects of the employee life cycle;
* Provides help desk support to partners and staff on P&P queries;
* Is the internal subject matter expert on the HR Information System (SAP SuccessFactors) and;
* Provide new employee orientation support.
Local Responsibilities
In addition to supporting the national team, the HR Coordinator will also be responsible for the following tasks at a local level:
* Support the P&P team in graduate recruitment administration;
* Prepare and update all standard and bespoke documents;
* Ensure all employee changes are administered in line with agreed processes;
* Assist with the planning, coordination and logistics of graduate and clerkship recruitment and clerkship programs;
* Support the annual compensation and remuneration review and;
* Provide support on data/reporting requests.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. You will also need to be able to effectively support a wide variety of internal stakeholders, with the highest commitment to service.

* Ideally, experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS.

* Able to effectively deal with competing priorities and progress multiple tasks through to completion within required deadlines.
