About the role We are seeking a reliable and organised Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our team on a casual, part-time basis, working approximately 15 hours per week (around 3 days per week, school-hours friendly ), with the potential for additional hours as the business continues to grow. This role involves a combination of accounts support and general administrative duties and will suit someone who is confident, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities with ease. Key responsibilities Accounts payable and receivable support Invoicing and payment follow-ups Bank and account reconciliations Data entry and maintenance of accurate financial records General administrative support across the business Managing emails, documentation and correspondence Assisting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks Skills & experience Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant and/or Administration role MYOB experience is essential High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communicator with a professional approach Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Benefits & package Casual, part-time role - approximately 15 hours per week 3 days per week, school-hours friendly Opportunity for additional hours over time $30 - $40 per hour Super, depending on experience Supportive, family-run business environment Long-term opportunity within a growing organisation Benefits Depending on experience, this role comes with great salary of $70 - $75K Super.
