**About the Role**
Additionally, this role supports on-campus administrative, student common room facilities and activities support to facilitate engagement and enhance the student experience throughout the student journey from enrolment through to graduation.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Student enquiries support via face to face and tickets
- Participate, support coordination and delivery of campus events and campus tours
- Support student orientation process
- International student contact point and enrolment officer
- Provide administrative support to Clinic & Operations Manager
- Front of house support and clinic reception (as required)
**About you**
- Relevant experience in similar customer-focused/admin roles
- Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
- Team player who takes pride in their work and has an innate desire to drive growth and improvement
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to review processes and continually strive for excellence and look at opportunities to improve
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems as required
