* Job Description:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
* Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.
* Work occasional Saturday mornings as part of weekend coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or retail.
* Strong phone and face-to-face communication skills.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers.
* A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
