They are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their Campbelltown area. The caseload is mixed, offering excellent variety across communication, language, functional capacity, therapy planning, and goal-focused intervention. You will have the freedom to manage your own schedule and structure your day in a way that works for you and your clients. The role is predominantly mobile, with work-from-home flexibility built in, and travel expectations kept to a reasonable radius from your home. Support Available You will be joining a well-established allied health provider with a strong multidisciplinary foundation. The wider team includes experienced Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and other allied health professionals, creating plenty of opportunity for collaboration and shared clinical insight. The business currently has a small but growing Speech Pathology team, with a clear goal to further develop this part of the service. You will be supported with regular professional development, multidisciplinary team input, and access to experienced clinicians across the organisation. Requirements • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology • SPA membership or eligibility • Experience working with NDIS participants is desirable • Ability to work independently in a mobile role • Strong communication, report writing, and stakeholder management skills • Interest or experience in supervising junior clinicians is highly regarded • Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain Interested?
