The position will take on a key role in the business development team, shepherding projects from inquiry to hand-off to the bids team. With a robust pipeline of leads coming into the business, this role will be primarily focused on building relationships with client leaders, developing a deep understanding of their requirements, and developing a clear scope of work with the internal team. As the projects progress through their lifecycle, the Project Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project is effectively handed over to the bid team, ensuring the highest chance of a successful bid for the work. n THE COMPANY For more than 80 years, this global business have been focused on delivering exceptional value to their clients. You will be someone who is excited to learn and build new relationships, and is capable of developing strategic plans for delivering win-win project outcomes. Previous experience with scoping, pre-feasibility, feasibility and ECI studies would be a huge benefit for this position. n THE HIRE n As a key part of the global business development team moving forward, the successful candidate will be sponsored and relocated to Australia.
