Product Control sits within IB&M Finance and provides independent oversight and financial control of the Global Markets business. The team is responsible for daily P&L reporting, balance sheet integrity, and partnering closely with Front Office to support trading activity across a broad range of products. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact environment that goes beyond traditional accounting. Your Impact In this role, you will: Produce daily profit and loss reporting for the Commodities trading desk Perform reconciliations between Front Office records and internal systems Partner with stakeholders to support accurate trade booking and financial reporting Identify, investigate and proactively flag issues or anomalies Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancement and automation opportunities Build your knowledge of financial markets, derivatives and trading products This role offers clear development pathways, with proven progression from Analyst through to Manager and beyond.
