Rural Fire Management Lead
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead integrated teams within a district, managing and providing strategic direction for coordinated responses to large-scale rural fires and other emergency incidents.
* Contribute to an effective, efficient, and sustainable approach to Rural Fire Services within the District.
* Evaluate responses to large-scale rural fires and other emergency incidents within their District.
* Assess the timeliness of response, minimisation of loss to life, property, and the environment.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a regional team environment.

Highly desirable requirements include demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders from rural and near-rural communities.
