About the Role

1. This Sales and Marketing Executive role is a dynamic position that requires creativity, innovation, and analytical skills. You will play a key part in our Sales and Marketing Team, developing captivating sales and marketing campaigns to showcase the beauty and excitement of our destinations.

2. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the delivery of all marketing campaigns, ensuring effective planning, execution, and analysis of results.
* Producing, scheduling, and posting engaging content across all social media platforms while managing accounts and responding to comments, reviews, and inquiries to foster community engagement.
* Cultivating and managing relationships with social media influencers, including planning and hosting annual influencer events to maximise exposure for our brand.
* Updating and maintaining website content using WordPress and liaising with media partners and lead suppliers to strengthen promotional efforts.
* Briefing and assisting in the creation of various marketing assets (digital, visual, print, audio) and managing all marketing administrative tasks, including email distribution and online booking engine responsibilities.

About You

3. We are looking for a candidate who blends creativity with analytical skills and has a strong understanding of social media strategy. You should excel at building relationships with influencers and media partners while being organised and detail-oriented in managing marketing campaigns.
4. Solution-focused problem-solving skills, high energy, and motivation as a team player are essential for this role.
5. A Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification/experience in Sales and Marketing is required, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales, marketing & digital media role.
6. Previous experience in sales and marketing in the travel and tourism industry is highly regarded.
7. Experience utilising a social media management platform such as Social Studio, Hootsuite etc., and knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM Platform are also desirable.
