What you'll be doing:
* Manage end-to-end group tour enquiries from first contact to confirmation
* Design tailored itineraries for private groups across Australia and overseas
* Build strong relationships with clubs, community groups, and organisers
* Spend time on the road meeting clients, presenting itineraries, and growing your territory
* Coordinate accommodation, transport, attractions, and suppliers
* Maintain regular communication around rooming lists, dietary needs, mobility requirements, and final numbers
* Manage your sales pipeline and CRM records with accuracy and follow-through
What we're looking for:
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Confidence presenting to groups and engaging with new clients
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities
* Experience in travel, sales, account management, events, or hospitality (preferred)
* Exposure to group travel or senior travel markets is a bonus but not essential
