Our client McDonald's in Cremorne is seeking one (1) full-time to Retail Managers (Fast Food Manager) join their team.
As a McDonald’s Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Your role is to ensure top-quality service, customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence.
You will manage staff, maintain standards, and drive business goals, aligning with McDonald's brand and operational guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily restaurant operations, including food prep, service, cleanliness, and safety.
2. Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
3. Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.
4. Promoting and advertising the establishment’s goods and services.
5. Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
6. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
7. Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
8. Supervise, train, and develop crew
9. Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
10. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
11. Maintain a secure and clean environment for employees and guests.
Requirements:
1. Associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant field
2. At least three (3) years of relevant experience as a Rapid-Food Manager
3. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service or retail industry
4. Must have prior experience working at McDonald’s and familiarity with McDonald’s point-of-sale systems and operational procedures
5. Strong understanding of McDonald's systems, values, and customer service standards.
6. Computer literate and understanding of relevant software
7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
8. Knowledge of food safety standards and workplace health and safety regulations
9. Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and marketing strategies.
