- Tech BA**:
**Experience relevant for this role**:
General- ** Experience: 8+** years IT experience in Technical Analyst roles and Technical Business Analyst roles
- ** Activity Reporting/Repository**: Jira, Confluence, Agile in enterprise level project
- ** Ways of working**: Agile experience and experience in general agile ceremonies
- ** Delivery Models**: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall,
- ** Including**:

- Experience in Superannuation, Insurance platform product and service implementation to customers
- Experience working in a Regulatory and compliance changes implementation
- Experience in APRA, ASIC, ATO processes and reporting development and implementation
- Experience in Sonata, GBST, Acurity or other Super and Wealth management platform Configurations, Investigation and Applications support services delivery
- Experience in Data mapping, Data migration, Data remediation, Reconciliation implementation
- Experience in Business Reports and Operations Reporting Development and Delivery
- Experience in Investor and Adviser Portals/Digital Portal Application solution and implementation
- Coordinate on functional & create technical specification documents.
- Communicate with technical stakeholders
- Assign and monitor work - Track Open tickets/incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources.
- Adhere to key SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.
- Track metrics and provide ongoing status reporting at various levels; and
- Ensures that all the relevant documentation is done and is updated. Is responsible for the regular project consolidated (over all the modules) status reports.
- Understand requirement specifications and technical specifications.
- Prepare
- test scenarios; test cases for module; integration and system testing; test data for the test cases; test environment to execute the test cases; Execute test cases manual testing; lessons learnt documents and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Adhere to quality processes and to be able to create quality standards,. Gates and controls to increase quality.
- Understand the dependencies and provide regular updates.
- Be responsible for metrics collection and updating and creating changes to processes and work practices to increase quality.

Technical- ** ETL Tools**: Hands on experience, Migration, integration and implementation of Superannuation systems
- ** Platform/OS**: Mid-range/Unix
- ** Databases**: Oracle as a developer
- ** Languages**: Unix (Shell) Scripting/commands, Java, Python, SQL,
- ** File formats**: Text, CSV, Parquet, JSON, Mainframe (understand format types),
- ** Scheduling**: Control-M, Jenkins, etc.
- ** DevOps**:Experience with the processes involving Microservices facilities for artifacts developed,
- ** Understanding**:Streaming and Batch processing

Specific understanding for this role
- ** Big data**: Data Lake Concepts, Hive (Schema), HDFS,
- ** Integration**: ESB, Microservices, message marshaling models in AWS
- ** Performance**: Assess, recommend, improve Informatica mappings, SQL queries, Batch feeds
- ** Source Control tools**: GIT

- ** Ingestion Design**: Create/assess Source/Target mapping High-Level Design, Low level designs, Solution Feasibility Design
- **Solutions**: Define solutions from High level to detail design to address automating ingestion activity. Facilitate/confirm requirements from product owners, business team members and technical associates,
- ** Process Automation**:Automating processes in file management, testing data in files, analysis and design, configuration management.
- ** Ingestion Automation**:Building tools or automations to process Structured/Unstructured, XML, csvs, JSON data files into Ingestion Data Hub (Hive/HDFS, Relational).
- ** Script Automation**: Ability to design/create scripts to automate/improve data copy/migration/ETL for any repetitive activity.
- ** Frameworks**:Development and delivery frameworks, design patterns,
- ** Industry**: Superannuation, insurance
- ** Worthwhile notable Business operational environments experience**: Accounting, mid and back office, reporting, regulated environments, wealth products, transfer pricing, workflow modelling, Call center, digital channels

- Working within a large program of work in an agile manner delivering end to end as visible effective outcomes
- Showcasing work and deliverables to both program and business audiences
- Contributing to the agile delivery model in an inclusive safe development environment, respecting all people involved

- Able to collaborate in an offshore-onshore organization/environment
