National Service Sales Manager Job Description
The role of National Service Sales Manager involves leading the service sales function with a focus on gaining market share and executing digital services sales strategies.
* Leadership of the service sales function with the end goal of continually gaining market share;
* Lead, hire, mentor across a high-performing sales team with national scope;
* Grow the service offering with a focus on the execution of a digital services sales strategy;
* Foster a high-performance culture that enables an agile account management sales team, creating value and insight for customers;
* Work closely with marketing and customer engagement functions to drive continuous improvement in NPS and Customer Satisfaction scores;
* Provide strong leadership to continually develop, maintain, and attract key talents within the team;
* Travel where and when required to engage with National customers.
