The Publicis Collective team is made up of experts coming from agencies across Publicis specialising in media, shopper, PR, influencer, healthcare professionals, events as well as creative needs when required.At the core of the Collective sits the leadership of the account that has oversight of all projects and manages the workflow.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Account Director to join this core team, working alongside the Chief Client Officer and Head of Operations.
This central team leads all campaign development in very close partnership with the people from the other Collective agencies (aka.
Hubs).If you're a seasoned Senior Account Manager ready for the next step, or an Account Director eager to take on an exciting, integrated account, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.OverviewThe RoleThe Account Director's role is to manage and take major responsibility and accountability for all aspects of integrated campaigns across the 2 Kenvue business units: Personal Care (Neutrogena, Aveeno, OGX, Band Aid, etc.)
and Self Care (Zyrtec, Nicorette, Listerine, Codral, etc.
)Reporting directly into the Chief Client Officer, your scope will span across:Integrated project leadershipClient servicing - owning comms with the client in partnership with project media leads and strategic leadsLeading the Hub teams to deliver on the overarching strategic approach and pulling this together with hub strategistsOverseeing work from a consistency and connected approachOwnership of overarching non-working budgetHub engagement and processLeading alignment on creative/production/specialism SOW, timeline and budget planning allocationEnsuring financial protocols are being followed and client budgets are being met while meeting the needs of the briefOwning overall processes and ensure Hubs are following them, i.e.
