About the Role
You'll work closely with experienced PI leaders across a broad range of matters, including:
Motor vehicle, WorkCover and public liability claims
Medical negligence and TPD matters
Complex files with hands-on support and guidance

File load sits around 40 matters, not *
Partners are involved, accessible and focused on development (and training)
Hours are balanced with a steady, manageable workflow
The role can be based in either Brisbane's northside or the Sunshine Coast, with around one day per month in Brisbane.
About You
You'll bring:
2–10 years' PAE in personal injury (including relevant pre-admission experience)
Solid communication and client management skills
A collaborative mindset and interest in growing long-term within the practice
Salary $120k–$200k + benefits (commensurate with PAE)
Choice of Brisbane or Sunshine Coast base
