The Opportunity
You’ll take full responsibility for delivering commercial new build projects from start to finish.
You’ll be supported by a capable CA and site team, with the autonomy to run your projects properly — not constantly reporting up or being second-guessed.
This is a role where you’re trusted to deliver.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading commercial new build projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Managing programme, budget, and overall project delivery
• Driving subcontractor performance and site coordination
• Working closely with CAs on cost management and reporting
• Managing client relationships and key stakeholder communication
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
What You Bring
• Experience delivering projects as a PM or Senior CA stepping up
• Background with a head contractor on commercial new builds
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and delivery
• Ability to manage programme, cost, and stakeholders confidently
• Solid knowledge of AS4000 / AS2124 contracts
• Relevant construction degree or equivalent experience
