To be successful in this role you must be self-driven, results focused and have:
· Current Drivers Licence
· Proficiency in Office 365 and ideally Real Estate software
· Excellent time management and communication skills
· Proven ability to work autonomously, use initiative and make sound decisions
· Robust negotiation and problem solving skills and a high degree of attention to detail
· Professionalism and a solid work ethic
