Rabobank is the world's leading specialist in food and agribusiness banking.
We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to partner with our Major Agribusiness Clients (MAC) team member and/or Relationship manager to undertake assessments of financial information and completion of credit submissions used for MAC clients.
This includes assessing a customer's credit profile, providing support regarding the choice of the most appropriate loan structure, and providing a joint recommendation for approval.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating credit quality and rating the counterparty as evidenced by financial analysis and individual research.
Other duties may include:
* Completion of annual credit reviews in a timely manner
* Work with the Relationship Manager and Relationship Analyst to ensure covenants/special conditions are actioned in a timely manner
* Establish strong working relationships with all stakeholders including attending client meetings where appropriate
* In conjunction with the relationship managers identify customer opportunities (including target names)
* Participate in projects and/or assist the MAC Management in project and strategic initiatives
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in a banking environment with exposure to Corporate/ Institutional and/or Large Rural clients either as a credit analyst, credit approval or in another relevant capacity.
