Job Description
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll. This involves ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer payroll in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
* Provide support to employees and management on payroll-related matters while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2–5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
* Certificate IV in Payroll Administration, Accounting, or a related qualification (desirable).
* Previous experience in a similar role within medium to large organizations preferred.
