As Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice:
Leading the support team with energy and enthusiasm
Managing the end to end patient experience - from welcoming patients to ensuring all patients are rebooked and leave with a smile, willing to give a great Google review
Managing operational processes, protocols and procedures.
Managing up to date Infection Control - ensuring full compliance
Managing Core, our PMS with accuracy and timeliness
Ensuring all clinicians have full books
Being part of the National team, leading and reporting on weekly practice data
Recruit, onboard and train support staff, fully supported by the National Operations team
Answering inbound calls with energy and enthusiasm resulting in multiple bookings
Working with the National Treatment Coordinator calling patients for treatment plans
Maintaining accurate patient records and scheduling appointments
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

Capability to handle financial reporting, end-of-day banking reconciliation, and business analytics.
Proven experience managing compliant infection control in a fast-paced dental setting.
