As an Integration Delivery Lead at Telstra Health, you’ll oversee the delivery of complex integration projects within Telstra Health’s Smart Connected Care portfolio, connecting our products with healthcare systems across Australia. You’ll guide teams and partners through the full delivery lifecycle – from planning and design through to implementation – balancing timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations. With your technical expertise in integration and experience delivering through Managed Service Providers (MSPs), you’ll help build secure, scalable and reliable solutions that improve health outcomes and create a more connected experience for patients and clinicians. You’ll also play a key role in embedding and maturing our Agile ways of working, lifting delivery capability across teams and partners. About the role: As our Integration Delivery Lead, you’ll: Mentor and coach your team, while driving performance and outcomes through MSPs and vendor partners. Manage projects from scoping to deployment, ensuring integration solutions meet technical, security, risk and compliance standards. Apply your background in system integration to guide design decisions, resolve challenges and support delivery teams. Work with product managers to assess feasibility, prioritise features and deliver integrations that support Telstra Health’s Smart Connected Care portfolio. Oversee budgets, vendor contracts and performance, ensuring MSP delivery aligns with agreed SLAs and business outcomes. Manage operational reporting processes as defined (including engagement, people, vendor and MSP performance) in line with business objectives, service level agreements (SLAs) and other agreed metrics. Champion Agile practices across teams and partners, guiding the transition to more Agile ways of working and embedding continuous improvement. Act as the go-to person for integration and vendor-related issues, keeping internal and external teams aligned. Improve delivery practices, embedding Agile methods, risk management and strong vendor governance. Support recruitment and onboarding of integration talent, ensuring a strong team culture. About you: You’re a delivery leader with a strong technical background in integration and experience managing MSPs to deliver at scale. You’ll also bring: Proven experience delivering integration programs in enterprise environments. Track record leading large teams and working through MSPs, vendors and other leaders. Experience guiding organisations in adopting and maturing Agile delivery practices. Skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and vendor governance. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience negotiating and managing MSP contracts. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to drive results across internal and external teams. Experience with integration and data platforms such as MuleSoft, Snowflake and Salesforce will be highly valued.
